Based in Bucharest, Romania, Paul has spent the past 14 years working as a bartender and barista. Combining these two passions he has won the Romanian Coffee In Sprits Competition three times helping him to achieve 3rd place in the World Coffee in Good Spirits 2015 and a top ten position in 2014 and 2016.
Paul is of co-owner of BOB Coffee Lab in Bucharest where he plays an integral role in the curation of their innovative coffee and drinks menu.
